Production Incharge

About the role

The Production Incharge is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Panaji. You will lead daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for production activities.
• Monitor workflow, track production metrics and ensure targets are met.
• Supervise production staff, enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and management to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements, resolve operational issues and maintain documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong production planning and coordination experience on‑site.
• Knowledge of quality control, process improvement and safety standards.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks and maintain staff motivation.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication for interfacing with management, vendors and internal departments.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with production documentation tools.
• Relevant experience in production, operations or facility management; a diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Panaji and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
