About the role
The Production Executive will lead packaging operations, ensuring that production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality standards. This role combines hands‑on equipment oversight with data‑driven decision making.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily packaging operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Use computer tools to track inventory, analyse production data and generate performance reports.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in a similar production or packaging role.
- Proven proficiency in packaging operations and equipment maintenance.
- Strong computer aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
