About the role

Workday is seeking a Product Trainer specialized in Human Capital Management (HCM) to join its Education team. You will deliver full‑day training sessions in English to customers, partners, and internal colleagues, helping them maximize the value of the Workday HCM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Complete required Workday training for the assigned product area.
• Lead engaging, full‑day classroom sessions for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Provide real‑time problem‑solving and troubleshooting during training.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites or events as needed.
