HR Business Partner – Manufacturing (Diversity Hiring)

About the role

Bobst India is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead diversity hiring for its manufacturing operations. The role will partner with senior and middle‑level managers across R&D, engineering, IT and production to drive talent acquisition, performance management and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers to advise on HR policies, programs and compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data‑driven decision making.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and grievance resolution.
• Strengthen workplace relationships, morale and retention through collaborative initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession management and regular reporting.
• Identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness and recommend new HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of performance management cycles.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related specialization.
• Approximately 15 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in R&D, IT and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with GCC, Shared Services or Global Engineering/Technology Centers.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility.
