Product Owner

About the role

Airbus Skywise is looking for a Product Owner to join its Digital function in Bangalore, India. You will act as the bridge between business needs and the development team, shaping the product vision and ensuring delivery of value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Command+ sub‑product team and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Collect and translate business and operational requirements into clear User Stories.
• Define, simplify and detail User Stories derived from epics and features.
• Support the creation of product strategy and roadmap.
• Guide the development team to understand the business context behind each story and convert functional needs into technical requirements.
• Promote Lean‑Agile principles, break silos and align development with the overall portfolio vision.
• Maintain the product backlog, drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with value‑delivery goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Strong passion for technology, problem solving and continuous learning.
• Attention to detail and outcome‑driven mindset.
