Product Owner – AI-driven Aviation Solutions

We are seeking a visionary Product Owner with deep expertise in AI‑driven product development to manage next‑generation products that leverage massive datasets for tangible business value and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, integrating Machine Learning and AI capabilities into core aviation offerings.
• Strategic Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Collaborate with Business Owners, System Architects, Release Train Engineers and Product Managers to align vision with technical feasibility.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle from concept through industrialization, defining iteration objectives, acceptance criteria, DoR and DoD.
• Lean‑Agile Leadership: Facilitate Program Increment planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains to ensure seamless delivery.
• Value Delivery: Build business cases and assess impact on efficiency, fleet safety and profitability.

Required profile

• Aviation expertise with solid understanding of aircraft operations, training, maintenance and engineering.
• Technical background in Big Data, Time Series analysis and sensor data integration.
• Proven experience translating complex business problems into AI‑powered solutions.
• 5+ years of product ownership experience delivering AI or machine‑learning enabled products.
• Relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA) and certification as a Product Owner (SAFe, CSPO or PSPO) preferred.
