Product Manager II – Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to own the end‑to‑end Oracle Time & Labor functionality. You will combine hands‑on configuration, solution design, operational support, and platform leadership to deliver scalable workforce management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Time & Labor modules, including time rules, overtime policies, premium pay, and shift differentials.
• Lead design and implementation of integrations between Time & Labor and Oracle Payroll.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and support full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Perform quarterly Oracle Cloud release assessments, testing coordination, UAT support, and production readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot complex Time & Labor and Payroll integration issues with root‑cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and compliance across workforce management processes.
• Provide mentorship and governance to team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Time & Labor.
• Proven track record designing and implementing time‑rule configurations, overtime, and premium pay structures.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Time & Labor with Oracle Payroll.
• Hands‑on experience leading full‑lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
