Product Manager – Cardiology & Anti‑Diabetes Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead brand management for our Cardiology and Anti‑Diabetes portfolio. The role will define strategy, launch new products and drive market‑share growth across the therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Overall brand management of the Cardiology and Anti‑Diabetes portfolio, identifying key issues and growth opportunities.
• Design and implement strategic plans, tactics, action plans and investment models to increase market share and profitability.
• Lead new product launches, preparing robust brand plans based on internal and external analyses.
• Develop and execute product development and brand planning initiatives that meet business objectives.
• Manage brand campaigns within financial constraints and ensure timely execution.
• Train and support the sales team on brand plan execution, conference management and related initiatives.
• Utilise MS Excel and PowerPoint to create analytical reports and presentations.
• Apply digital marketing techniques where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management of medical or pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products.
• Ability to conduct internal and external market analyses and translate findings into strategic plans.
• Strong financial discipline to manage campaign budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
