Procurement Executive – Project Site (Bhilwara)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to support procurement activities at our Bhilwara project site. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials essential for project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain quotations and rates from vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct price comparisons and negotiate cost‑effective terms.
• Prepare Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with vendors and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Track material requirements and provide procurement support to project teams.
• Liaise with site teams, stores, and accounts departments.
• Maintain procurement records, rate comparison sheets, and reports.
• Support ERP data entry and procurement‑related documentation.
• Handle procurement‑related email communication and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.

Required profile

• BBA, B.Tech or graduate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchase functions, preferably in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or project‑based industries.
