Process Owner – MPL & Offer Support

About the role

The Process Owner – MPL & Offer Support will lead the global strategy, standards and continuous improvement of marking, packaging and labeling (MPL) across Dormer Pramet, a Sandvik business. This role ensures that all MPL solutions support product quality, customer experience, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, brand consistency and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end global MPL process, establishing standards, specifications, governance models and best practices.
• Standardise MPL processes across all production sites while respecting regional regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute the global MPL roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead governance of packaging, labeling and marking readiness, ensuring compliance with quality, brand and regulatory mandates.
• Drive packaging innovation, introducing new materials, technologies and automation to improve protection, logistics efficiency and cost.
• Support new product introductions by guaranteeing MPL readiness before launch.
• Define and maintain global standards for product marking, labels, artwork, barcodes, QR codes, product identification and traceability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing global MPL or similar manufacturing processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and regional teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and brand requirements for packaging and labeling.
• Ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and drive cross‑functional alignment.
