Process Optimization Specialist (Advanced Process Control & Quality Optimization)

About the role

The Process Optimization Specialist focuses on advanced process control and quality optimization for cement production at Fuller Technologies. You will ensure the effective use and maintenance of QCX‑BlendExpert systems to deliver consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor BlendExpert system health, performance, and availability proactively.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve process stability, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze KPIs, process trends, and controller performance to maximize system utilization.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for BlendExpert applications.
• Conduct regular customer review meetings and performance discussions.
• Recommend and implement tuning, configuration, and optimization improvements.
• Coordinate with process experts, engineers, and site teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and customer benefit analyses.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and corrective actions in line with service agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices, knowledge sharing, and customer training.
