Process Lead – LPM Contract Management (Walk‑in Interview)

About the role

The Process Lead – LPM Contract Management will oversee end‑to‑end contract lifecycle activities for Infosys BPM’s clients. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with legal standards and US‑based shift timings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract management process, including quality checks and analysis.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Services Agreements, and sponsorship letters.
• Interpret contractual language and negotiate terms with clients and third‑party vendors.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to apply standard fall‑back provisions and handle exceptions.
• Prepare and revise agreements within predefined limits using standard templates.
• Lead a team, generate project‑related reports and ensure process compliance.
• Engage with clients for issue escalation and maintain client‑facing responsibilities.

Required profile

• LLB degree (minimum five‑year program).
• 4–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Immediate to 30‑day notice period.
• Willingness to work US shift timings (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) on a hybrid model (three days onsite per week).

Required skills

• Strong legal analytical and review capabilities.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal databases.
