Process Associate – Voice (Freshers) – Call Center

About the role

HCL Technologies is conducting a walk‑in drive to hire fresh graduates for a Voice Process Associate position. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, working on flexible shifts including night timings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls to customers, addressing queries and providing solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to US shift timings and work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take both inbound and outbound calls.
• Open to working any shift, including night shifts.
• Any graduate degree (excluding engineering, B.E/B.Tech, M.Sc CS/IT, MCA). MBA, MA, M.Com, and other non‑technical degrees are eligible.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
