Printing Operator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Printing Operator to join our production team. The role involves overseeing the printing process to ensure high‑quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment for each job.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Manage consumables such as paper, ink, toner, and other materials.
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet established quality standards.
• Conduct basic file checks, including PDFs, color profiles, and resolution verification.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Coordinate with design, pre‑press, and finishing teams to streamline production.

Required profile

• Ability to monitor and assess print quality and color accuracy.
• Capability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling file specifications.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with design, pre‑press, and finishing personnel.

Required skills

• Experience with PDF file handling.
• Knowledge of color profile management.
• Understanding of resolution requirements for print jobs.
• Familiarity with printing machinery operation and maintenance.
