Precast Erection Specialist

About the role

The Precast Erection Specialist is responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing precast erection activities in line with approved drawings, erection methodology, project specifications, and EHS requirements. This role ensures that all precast elements are safely lifted, handled, positioned, aligned, braced, treated, grouted, and fixed according to approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule precast erection sequences and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with planning, survey, QA/QC, crane operations, logistics, and subcontractors to maintain the erection workflow.
• Ensure safe lifting, handling, positioning, alignment, temporary bracing, joint treatment, grouting, and final fixing of precast elements.
• Verify dimensional accuracy and resolve on‑site execution constraints.
• Maintain erection records and monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Guarantee availability of lifting equipment and accessories.
• Achieve planned erection targets within the approved construction schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, specifically precast erection.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective coordination and problem‑solving skills on a construction site.
• Capability to manage subcontractors and logistics.
