Power System Study Senior Expert in Renewable

About the role

ETAP is seeking a senior Power Systems & Renewable Energy Specialist to lead grid‑integration and control‑system projects for utility‑scale solar PV, wind, BESS and hybrid renewable installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead power‑system engineering, renewable‑energy integration and grid‑compliance activities across solar, wind, BESS and hybrid projects.
• Develop, validate and maintain models using PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC and other simulation tools.
• Design and validate Power Plant Controller (PPC) and inverter control strategies for normal operation and grid disturbances.
• Conduct HIL testing and real‑time simulation with RTDS, OPAL‑RT and related platforms.
• Coordinate technical activities with OEMs, utilities, EPC contractors and project owners.

Required profile

• Strong experience in power‑system engineering and renewable‑energy grid integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and technical communication skills.
