About the role
The Pool Attendant will deliver a high standard of service to hotel guests, ensuring the pool area is clean, safe, and welcoming. This role is essential for maintaining the reputation of the hotel’s leisure facilities and providing a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool area, including water quality checks and equipment upkeep.
- Monitor pool safety, enforce hotel policies, and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain inventory of pool supplies and report any issues to the supervisory team.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
