PMO Manager – Operations Excellence

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the governance and execution of the Global Business Services Operational Excellence program for the AB InBev GCC centre. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations and Strategy, the role partners with senior leadership to drive operational priorities, monitor performance and deliver multi‑year strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation of the Operational Excellence (OE) framework, conducting monthly audits and driving continuous improvement across towers.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards using Excel and PowerBI, identify risks and present insights to leadership.
• Benchmark centre performance against other GBS locations and propagate best practices.
• Design and deliver training on OE methodologies such as RCA, PDCA, DMAIC, DMADV and Kaizen.
• Identify process gaps, apply project‑management methodologies and lead initiatives to close them.
• Mentor teams in project‑management best practices and ensure consistent adoption.
• Facilitate key operational routines including Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, target management and stakeholder visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams in an operational‑excellence or PMO environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and driving stakeholder alignment.
