PMO Analyst – Hybrid (Bangalore)

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support Syndigo’s project management office by administering core PMO tools, building dashboards, and ensuring accurate portfolio reporting. This hybrid role works closely with project leads across regions and embraces AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support PSA tools and integrations such as SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir, Wrike, Salesforce and ADP.
• Design, maintain and improve operational and portfolio reports and dashboards using Power BI, Databricks, Excel and AI/automation tools.
• Produce regular project and portfolio reporting for PMO, operations and global leadership teams.
• Track portfolio health, risks, issues, utilization and capacity, highlighting trends or anomalies.
• Monitor adherence to PMO processes and templates, assisting teams to resolve data or process issues.
• Identify and suggest enhancements to tools, reports and processes, including automation opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PMO tooling and reporting queries across time zones.
• Contribute to building a modern, AI‑enabled PMO capability.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong affinity for working with data.
• Excellent knowledge and hands‑on experience with PMO tools and systems.
• Willingness to adopt AI and automation within the PMO function.
