Plant Incharge – Malegaon

About the role

The Plant Incharge will lead production operations at the Malegaon facility, ensuring efficient use of material and workforce to meet plant objectives. The role requires strict adherence to production, quality, cost, safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term production strategies aligned with business and segment goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new initiatives and set operational plans.
• Review and adjust weekly/monthly production plans, monitor execution and intervene on deviations.
• Lead material coordination, including purchase of chemicals, catalysts and consumables.
• Oversee preventive maintenance feedback to ensure equipment uptime.
• Analyse production MIS reports and take corrective actions.
• Monitor critical KPIs (e.g., OMPRO) and drive root‑cause analysis for process deviations.
• Plan and manage plant shutdowns, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures.
• Work with Quality, CES, EHS and Technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure workplace safety, fire and environmental compliance.
