Placement Manager – IT

About the role

Offenso Hackers Academy is seeking an experienced Placement Manager – IT to lead and coordinate placement activities across all its branches in Kerala. You will be responsible for building corporate relationships, generating job and internship opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of quality vacancies for our students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the placement team across all academy branches.
• Set placement targets, monitor performance of coordinators and executives, and take corrective actions.
• Travel throughout Kerala to meet HR teams, recruiters, and potential hiring partners.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with IT, cybersecurity, and software companies.
• Identify hiring needs, generate new vacancies, and coordinate candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Organise recruitment drives, walk‑in interviews, and other hiring events.
• Maintain and expand the corporate database and recruitment network.
• Prepare regular placement reports and present performance metrics to management.
• Design strategies to improve placement rates and the quality of placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the IT recruitment ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and sustain corporate relationships.
• Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across Kerala.
