Pharmacist – Customer Support (Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking a B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduate to join our team in Delhi as a Pharmacist focused on customer support. The role involves handling patient and customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a smooth experience. You will work closely with doctors, pharmacists and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient and customer queries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on medicines, products and treatment plans within the defined scope.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy‑related guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and customer information.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification (mandatory).
• Registration from Delhi.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy and healthcare products.
• Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to work in a target‑oriented environment.
