About the role
We are looking for an energetic Fitness Trainer to manage our campus gym facilities for staff and students. The role involves delivering personalized fitness assessments, creating tailored workout programs, and fostering a culture of health and wellness across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for gym users.
- Design and supervise individualized workout plans.
- Ensure safe and effective use of all gym equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the fitness centre.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and motivate participants to achieve their goals.
- Monitor compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science or related field.
- Certification in Fitness Training from a recognized institute (preferred).
- Enthusiastic, motivated and able to work with diverse campus community.
Required skills
- Fitness assessment techniques.

- Operation and safety management of gym equipment.
