Personal Trainer

About the role

Cultfit is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join its fitness teams in Chennai and Pune. You will work directly with members, assess their fitness levels, create customized workout plans, and guide them toward their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to identify client needs.
• Design and deliver personalized training programs.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching, ensuring correct exercise technique.
• Educate clients on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain accurate client records.
• Promote additional training packages and services.
• Ensure safety and proper use of gym equipment.
• Contribute to a friendly, high‑energy gym environment.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer (K11, ISSA, ACE, NASM or equivalent).
• Prior experience as a fitness or personal trainer is preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise science, program design, and functional training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate clients of varying fitness levels.
