About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role you will create and deliver customized fitness programs, coach clients one‑on‑one and help them reach their health and performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalized fitness training programs tailored to each client’s objectives, needs and preferences.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching, demonstrate exercises, give feedback and ensure safe, effective workouts.
- Conduct client assessments, set realistic goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Track client progress, provide regular feedback and adjust training plans as required.
- Promote personal training services, attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and experienced personal trainer.
- Strong ability to design individualized training programs.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
