Personal Shopper – Retail Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Personal Shopper to deliver high‑level, customized service to our customers. In this front‑line retail position you will guide shoppers through the latest fashion trends, provide styling advice and ensure a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate customers to visit the store regularly and generate appointments through email, phone and face‑to‑face communication.
• Lead each client through their shopping journey, recommending products and services that match their needs and current fashion trends, including image makeovers and customized buying.
• Serve as the single point of contact before, during and after the sale, providing follow‑up and fulfilling commitments to maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by suggestive selling and upselling, leveraging deep product knowledge and customer insights.
• Increase items per ticket and average bill value through effective selling techniques.
• Educate non‑members about membership programmes and promote premium (black card) enrollments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Dynamic, vibrant personality with a strong interest in fashion trends.
• High customer orientation and strong selling aptitude.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
