Personal & Hospitality Butler for Chairman & MD

About the role

We are seeking a highly polished and discreet Personal & Hospitality Butler to support the Chairman and Managing Director of Macro Vision Group. The role combines executive assistance with premium hospitality services, ensuring the principals’ professional and personal needs are met with impeccable etiquette.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service based on the Chairman & MD’s preferences, routines and requirements.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, breakfast, meals and refreshments with flawless table setting and formal dining service.
• Welcome and attend to VIP, family and social guests with warmth, discretion and exceptional hospitality.
• Manage hospitality for private dinners, parties, celebrations and social gatherings, ensuring flawless execution.
• Anticipate and fulfil requirements before they are expressed, creating a seamless experience.
• Support wardrobe preparation, packing/unpacking and personal needs for business and leisure travel.
• Coordinate closely with chefs, housekeeping, drivers, security and other support staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with gifting, special occasions, personal errands and other lifestyle requirements.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Personal Butler, Executive Butler, Private Butler, Senior Steward, Guest Relations Executive or Luxury Hospitality Professional.
• Experience serving HNI/UHNI individuals, business families, corporate executives, luxury hotels or premium residences preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming, manners and personal presentation.
• Strong understanding of formal service etiquette and protocol.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Discreet, trustworthy, dependable and mature.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while handling multiple requirements, including beyond routine working hours.
• Willingness to travel with the principals as required.
