Executive Butler

About the role

We are seeking a polished, service‑oriented Executive Butler to support the Chairman’s and Managing Director’s Office in Burhanpur. The role blends high‑end hospitality, VIP guest relations, and office administration, requiring a proactive and discreet professional who can anticipate the needs of senior leadership and distinguished visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized Butler services to the Chairman and senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations and impeccable presentation of the office.
• Welcome and host VIP guests, business partners, doctors, dignitaries, and other visitors with warm, confidential hospitality.
• Manage tea, coffee, refreshments, and food service during meetings, coordinating with kitchen, housekeeping, and catering teams.
• Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the Chairman’s Office, including meeting‑room preparation, stationery, and liaison with support teams.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings and events for senior leadership and high‑profile guests.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in 5‑star hotels, luxury clubs, executive lounges, or comparable high‑end hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism.
• Strong discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Experience in guest relations, stewarding, and VIP service.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams (admin, housekeeping, security, drivers).
