Personal Brand & Community Manager – Women’s Health

About the role

We are seeking a creative and execution‑focused Personal Brand & Community Manager to build the personal brand and community presence of Dr. Rajani Thatipally, an Obstetrician & Gynecologist and Chairperson of Konark and Jade Specialty Hospitals. The role goes beyond simple posting; it aims to create a trusted women’s health education platform across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and offline initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar for multiple platforms.
• Shoot short‑form vertical videos with Dr. Rajani.
• Transform women’s health topics into simple, empathetic content.
• Write captions, hooks, and basic scripts for reels, carousels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn posts.
• Manage comments and direct messages using approved response templates.
• Support health camps, talks, webinars and community initiatives.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community management or personal branding.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Comfortable shooting vertical video content.
• Mature attitude suitable for a healthcare environment.
• Interest in women’s health, wellness or education.
• Based in Hyderabad or Secunderabad (preferred).

Required skills

• Basic video editing.
