Personal Banker – Inbound (Branch Banking Service)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for clients visiting the branch, handling both cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a seamless, high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day cash and non‑cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, and promote appropriate banking products and services.
• Maintain operational accuracy, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell banking solutions that meet customer needs.
• Support branch staff in achieving service quality standards and operational targets.
