Personal Banker – Inbound (Branch Banking Service)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for clients visiting the branch, handling both cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a high‑quality banking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information and service requests.
- Promote bank products and services that meet client needs.
- Maintain operational accuracy, compliance with banking policies and internal controls.
- Ensure a seamless, courteous and efficient customer experience at the branch.
Required profile
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
