Personal Banker – Inbound (Branch Banking Service)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the front‑line representative of the bank, handling daily cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information and service requests.
• Promote bank products and services that meet client needs.
• Maintain operational accuracy, compliance with banking policies and security procedures.
• Ensure a courteous, professional interaction with every customer visiting the branch.
