About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the front‑line representative of the bank, handling cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process day‑to‑day cash and non‑cash transactions accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and promote banking products and services.
- Maintain operational accuracy and efficiency in all banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
