About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the front‑line representative of the bank, handling day‑to‑day cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other non‑cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing information on banking products and services.
- Promote relevant banking services and cross‑sell where appropriate.
- Maintain operational accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Required profile
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced branch environment.
