Personal Assistant to Co-Founder (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support our Co‑Founder in day‑to‑day operations. This full‑time position offers hands‑on exposure to business administration, coordination, and marketing activities within a dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Co‑Founder with daily business tasks and schedule management.
• Organise meetings, appointments, and internal discussions.
• Follow up on emails, messages, and assigned action items.
• Maintain petty cash records, update transactions, and report to the Co‑Founder.
• Support marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Handle general office administration, document filing, and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (mandatory); freshers are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Kannada, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work according to the Co‑Founder’s schedule.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and email communication.
