Permanent Electrician – Site Operations (Gujarat & Nationwide)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Permanent Electrician to join our site operations team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across project sites in Gujarat and other Indian states, ensuring safety and project timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, wiring, and fitting work according to project specifications.
• Install, maintain, and repair panels, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults, resolve breakdowns, and respond to emergency outages.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensure proper functioning of motors, cables, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain tools, testing instruments, and material inventories.
• Document maintenance activities and report material needs, issues, and safety concerns.

Required profile

• ITI Electrician qualification or equivalent technical diploma.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project locations.
• Physically fit for site‑related electrical tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to quality workmanship.
