Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Coram AI is looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale demand‑generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You will work closely with the Demand Generation Lead, translating strategy into day‑to‑day execution while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Own end‑to‑end execution including keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages and conversion tracking.
• Connect performance data across the full funnel from search query to revenue and act on insights to improve efficiency.
• Run structured experiments on messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages and offers.
• Build AI‑powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting, research and creative ideation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of performance or growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast‑growing startups.
• Strong analytical ability to link campaign metrics to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and cross‑functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Bias toward action, comfortable working onsite five days a week.
