Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Coram AI is looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale demand‑generation programs for its AI‑driven video security platform. You will work closely with the Demand Generation Lead, turning strategy into day‑to‑day campaign execution, optimization, and reporting that directly fuels pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Manage all campaign elements: keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Connect performance data across the full funnel—from search query to opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement actions that improve efficiency and results.
• Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and collaborate with designers, writers, developers, and freelancers.
• Run structured experiments on messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and strategies.
• Build AI‑powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate iteration.
• Partner with marketing operations and technical teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and data quality.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in performance, growth, or demand‑generation marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast‑growing startup.
• Proven ability to translate campaign performance into pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM reporting.
