About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across digital platforms for our direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) and e‑commerce business. The role focuses on scaling revenue, optimizing ROI, and driving customer acquisition through strategic campaign management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), plus other platforms as needed.
- Manage budgets to maximise ROAS while achieving CPA and revenue targets.
- Analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and implement data‑driven optimisations.
- Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing assets.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels and attribution models using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager.
- Report campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C/e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
