About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to drive business growth through paid media, SEO and content initiatives. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms while improving website visibility and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Improve website rankings through SEO (on‑page, off‑page & technical)
• Create engaging, SEO‑friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media
• Manage social media marketing campaigns
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversions
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console
• Generate high‑quality leads and maximize ROI through performance marketing

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth
