Partnerships Marketing Manager – Music & Premium Subscriptions (APAC)

About the role

Google is looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive co‑marketing initiatives for music and premium subscription products across the APAC region. You will shape the strategy, launch new workstreams, and ensure that regional partner ecosystems integrate Google’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of co‑marketing efforts with critical regional partners.
• Elevate the quality of activations to drive paid starts and long‑term value.
• Incubate new workstreams, moving from concept to pilot and regional rollout.
• Integrate YouTube and other Google services into partner ecosystems.
• Serve as the bridge between Global and Local teams, representing APAC market needs (Japan, Korea, India) in global roadmaps.
• Scale global best practices across APAC markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience across growth, product, brand or social fields.
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple APAC digital markets.
• Preferred 10 years of experience with a focus on partnerships, growth or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to incubate projects from idea to regional implementation.
• Knowledge of subscription lifecycle, trial‑to‑paid conversion and LTV optimization.
• Strong data‑driven insight generation and ability to influence product and marketing roadmaps.
