Painter & Designer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to join our agile, design‑led agency. You will collaborate with business analysts, product managers and development teams to shape digital experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives, working closely with BAs, product managers and tech teams.
• Estimate design tickets accurately during sprint planning.
• Participate in sketching sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain pattern libraries and interface patterns to ensure consistent UX.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional design experience (mid‑level).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work.
• Ability to interpret project documentation and translate requirements into design solutions.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to deliver projects on time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
