About the role

We are a digitally‑led, full‑service creative agency seeking a mid‑level Designer to lead product design initiatives. You will collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and tech teams to deliver innovative, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead product design.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions involving non‑designers.
• Create and maintain pattern libraries for consistent UI/UX.
• Prioritize interface patterns to improve user experience rather than reinventing the wheel.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of design experience (mid‑level).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation.
• Experience designing products for platforms such as Envato/U18 is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
