Graphic Designer Consultant

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team delivers data‑driven consulting, marketing and analytics to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. The Advisors Creative Desk creates on‑brand content solutions for advertising partners and Mastercard’s portfolio of brands. As a Graphic Designer Consultant you will support clients across Asia‑Pacific, pivot between brands, and explore new tools such as Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Directors and Copywriters to develop end‑to‑end campaign assets for assigned customers.
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of design across all media, adhering to industry standards and client branding guidelines.
• Produce print and digital creative concepts, including email, banner, and social‑media graphics.
• Create and optimise graphic elements, resize images, and develop creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (post‑graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing are a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating business‑focused design solutions.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience executing campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools for design efficiency.
• Understanding of UX‑based email design and UI design standards.
