Package Consultant – SAP HANA EPM

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specialized in SAP HANA Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). In this role you will work directly with clients to design, configure and implement SAP HANA planning solutions, helping organisations optimise their finance and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP HANA BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP HANA GR and SAP HANA SAC for Planning to meet client requirements.
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal IBM teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA EPM best practices, ensuring solutions are simple, scalable and maintainable.
• Support project delivery from technical design through implementation and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP HANA EPM solutions, including BPC, Embedded BPC, GR and SAC.
• Strong techno‑functional expertise with the ability to bridge business processes and technology.
• Master’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
