About the role

As an Outlet Attendant / Hostess at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your role blends guest reception, service support, and coordination to uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and arrange seating.
• Assist service staff with table setup, clearing, and maintaining outlet cleanliness.
• Provide attentive service, answer guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Liaise with kitchen and service teams for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain personal grooming and outlet appearance in line with brand guidelines.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to keep the environment clean and safe.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar hotel outlet role.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
