About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Calling Agent to join our NBFC team in Bangalore. In this role you will engage prospective and existing customers, promote a range of financial products, and build lasting relationships that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a client portfolio, nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings to present tailored financial solutions.
- Present product offerings clearly, articulate value propositions, and close sales to secure long‑term contracts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines and performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, plus any additional regional language.
- Strong self‑motivation, goal‑orientation and ability to work independently or within a fast‑paced team.
- Adaptability to modify sales tactics based on client feedback and market changes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a CRM system for tracking sales activities.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from ₹3,05,000 LPA for freshers up to ₹3,80,000 LPA for experienced candidates.
