Outbound Telecaller – Renewal Retention Officer

About the role

The Renewal Retention Officer contacts existing health‑insurance customers to manage policy renewals. You will explain benefits, address concerns, and work to retain customers through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers regarding their health‑insurance policy renewal.
• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and objections.
• Explain renewal benefits, policy features, and applicable options clearly.
• Handle objections related to premium, coverage, and policy benefits.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve assigned business targets.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and renewal requirements.
• Provide a positive, customer‑centric experience in every interaction.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi or Marathi.
• Customer‑focused and confident when speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to handle objections and convince customers professionally.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
• Preferred backgrounds: insurance, banking, BPO, telesales, or customer service.
