Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound growth for our AI‑powered workforce analytics platform. The role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities and scheduling qualified product demos for our account management team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach.
• Prospect and engage senior decision‑makers such as founders, CEOs, HR, IT and operations heads.
• Research target accounts and qualify prospects based on our ideal customer profile.
• Understand prospect requirements and schedule qualified product demos.
• Build and maintain relationships, following up consistently with prospects.
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect data in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly outbound activity and demo booking targets.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to convert qualified opportunities into customers.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/inside sales, SaaS sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Hunter mindset with a strong focus on targets and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume outbound activities.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (preferred).
