OT Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an OT Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain cybersecurity architecture for operational technology environments, protecting critical industrial systems such as SCADA, DCS and PLC networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture.
• Secure SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians and industrial networks.
• Conduct OT risk assessments, asset discovery and implement network segmentation (ISA/IEC 62443 zones & conduits).
• Monitor OT security using SOC, SIEM and IDS solutions.
• Support incident response and forensic analysis for OT environments.
• Collaborate with IT, plant operations and engineering teams to ensure high availability and safety of industrial systems.

Required profile

• Perform vulnerability assessment and penetration testing on SCADA/DCS networks, PLCs, industrial protocols, OT servers and workstations.
• Identify misconfigurations, weak protocols and legacy risks while ensuring non‑intrusive testing in live OT environments.
• Prepare VAPT reports with risk ratings and mitigation plans and track remediation.
